Our Returns Promise We want you to love every product from Keshinton Essentials. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened skincare products (creams, serums, cleansers, toners) or used beauty devices.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare and beauty products
- Used electronic beauty devices
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless faulty)
How to Return Email us at Support@keshinton.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Your Statutory Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
