Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. We also ship to selected international destinations — please contact us at Support@keshinton.com if your country is not listed at checkout.

UK Delivery

• Free standard delivery on all orders over £25
• Standard delivery (Royal Mail / courier): £4.99 — estimated 3–5 business days
• Express delivery: £6.99

US & International Delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
• Estimated delivery to the US: 7–14 business days
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient

Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered instantly by email and download link after payment is confirmed. No shipping charges apply and nothing is posted.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. Royal Mail disruptions, customs clearance).

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at Support@keshinton.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate promptly.
